Cristina Murphey assisted my fiancé and I in purchasing our first house together. She went above and beyond from start to finish to make sure that all of our questions and concerns were addressed! We want to give a big thank you to THE MURPHEY TEAM! They promptly called us back with questions on home buying in Texas. Starting with a good realtor team is always essential when buying a home. My husband and I were looking for a realtor to fight for us. They are going to be our make-it-or-break-it in our bargain negotiation. So we wanted someone who listened to us and gave us information crucial for decision-making and planning. Cristina did not hold back and ensured we walked into our new build with all the bells and whistles! She did all the negotiations while we stood and watched her go at it. When it came time for our blue tape, Cristina was there and did her observations, which we wouldn't have seen cause it's all just new to us, like the crown molding from the kitchen cabinet ending too soon. I was wowed that the slight imperfections she saw we would have never known!! When it came time for our financing, Cristina was available to help us. One of our questions was buy down or interest. After talking to her, we decided not to, and it was our best decision with our financing. Cristina also called our leader to see if they can move the process so we can close on a three-day weekend to give us time to move in; it would work better for our work schedule, and guess what? It worked. The lender had no issue, and the builder did as well and got everything fixed before our move-in date. Cristina and her team amaze us to this day. They keep us informed, and we get thank-you tokens from them. We are not just an afterthought to the Murphey Team. We are returning clients to them. We are already planning on buying another house, and we called Cristina. She set us up with her lender to start the footprint on our second home!! If you have any doubts, don't.
